Our Creamery

Part of the largest dairy science school in the country, the Cal Poly Creamery has been making high-quality cheese and other dairy products for students, alumni, and the community since 1903. Students craft our award-winning cheeses and participate in all aspects of dairy production, with expert supervision by veteran cheese makers and professional dairy managers.

Our Campus

With a commitment to "learning by doing," Cal Poly gives its students a comprehensive hands-on education. Its Central California campus encompasses impressive hills, quiet valleys, and gorgeous ocean views as well as state-of-the art classrooms, laboratories, student farms, and the only dairy science program on the West Coast.
